2.2 Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting a contact form or requesting a quote does not constitute a binding contract. A formal engagement begins only upon signing a written agreement and receipt of any applicable advance payment.

2.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, product, or feature at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and design — is the property of OneQubits Software Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

3.2 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, intellectual property for custom deliverables developed specifically for a client is transferred to that client, as outlined in the relevant service agreement. We retain the right to use general methodologies, tools, and knowledge gained during an engagement.

3.3 Third-Party Licences

Our services may incorporate open-source software or third-party libraries, which are subject to their respective licences. We will disclose such usage in project documentation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for professional services are defined in individual service agreements. Generally:

• An advance payment is required before work commences
• Milestone-based payments apply for fixed-scope projects
• Monthly retainer invoices are payable within 15 days of issue
• Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month
• Work may be paused for overdue invoices exceeding 30 days

5. Confidentiality

OneQubits treats all client information as strictly confidential. We sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request before detailed project discussions. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with explicit written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
